I wanted to show how long her hair is getting over her ears. At this age, her big sister had loads of hair that could be pulled back in clips and up into little ponytails. Not so for K, but it is growing and we'll get those pigtails yet!

I think that K will have her cousin, A, beat in the hair department. I don't think even in a few months A's hair will touch her ears. Then again, when I was a baby it took until I was almost 2 until my Mom could make a pigtail.
