A friend brought her puppy over to play. These pictures are best seen in a group:
K is a little unsure, and then laughs with delight when the puppy licks her, and finally pets his little paw
Then K sits down to eat her snack. She doesn't notice that the puppy has taken a special interest in her, at first. Then she pulls away, and then the puppy tried to crawl on her to get the cracker!

I took out a pair of new pants for K. They are 18-24m size. Clearly she needs to grow into them, they are rolled at the waist and at the cuffs.

K loves her shoes, and will point to them first thing in the morning for us to put them on. After her nap she reaches up to her dresser and grabs them for us.

K is very into giving kisses. She makes elaborate kissing noises, "MM-smack", before planting one on any part of the body she can reach. Our legs, arms, cheeks. She runs after Ed as he leaves for work waving and blowing kisses, begging him to pick her up for one last hug, before coyly turning her cheek to him for a good-by kiss.

We went for a little walk today. K had seen both her sister and brother leave the house earlier in the morning carrying bags for school. She wanted a bag too, so we exchanged the huge shopping bag she had selected and slung around her neck as we were getting ready to leave, for this more manageable little purse. Since she couldn't keep it on her shoulder, her solution was to hang it around her neck as we walked.
